According to the requirements of HJ 828-2017 Water Quality Determination of Chemical oxygen demand (COD) Double Chromate and dichromate Method. This instrument has the characteristics of safe operation, simple operation, reliable digestion, multiple protection and high intelligence. It adopts microcomputer control technology and is suitable for the determination of Chemical oxygen demand (COD) of surface water, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and other water samples.
Product Features
The standard microcrystalline COD digester adopts a microcrystalline board with a panel surface. The heating part uses a new type of imported high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating plate, which reduces the heat loss of the bottom plate and surrounding area of the digester, ensures uniform heating and thermal conductivity, and higher thermal efficiency.
1.Adopting imported microcrystalline panels: able to withstand high temperatures of 800 ℃, with uniform heating and fast heating and cooling rates,
2. * Microcrystalline panel: The surface of the panel is smooth and flat, with surface stains that can be easily wiped away, reducing damage to the instrument caused by improper operation.
3. Heat dissipation system: A new type of glass burr reflux pipe and heat dissipation system, with good digestion reflux effect and relatively small deviation in sample digestion parallelism and accuracy.
4. Display: Digital temperature panel display, temperature range (between 165 ℃ -330 ℃)
5. Digestion time: The digital display shows that the digestion time is between 5 minutes and 150 minutes.
6.After the digestion is completed, the instrument automatically stops heating, and the instrument fan continues to work for 120 minutes to assist in sample cooling, which can be left unattended.
